Canning Food


I've canned a lot of food over the summer, and froze a lot in our two freezers. What do I do with it? I have the same old boring recipies, I need some new ones.

Wow! You are inspiring! I can but haven't done a whole lot. I only did pears and applesauce last fall. Search the internet for recipes or home storage cooking books. There's lot out there.

Thanks! I've been looking on the internet. I found some odd recipes like canning butter, dry nuts, and pickeled eggs. The official canning web sites don't recommend these though.
